History

D & S Custom Art Design is owned by  Sabrina Moore,  born and raised in Northern Michigan.  Sabrina manages the store, designs and creates the stained glass art and assists with installations and carpentry.

The showroom sparkles with beveled glass and many beautiful stained glass panels.  The stained glass table and floor lamps are stunning and glimmer throughout the room.

Sabrina specializies in one of a kind, custom designs for stained glass windows, lamps, entry doors and mosiac panels.  With thirty years of experience she can design, produce and install any stained glass project to meet your needs.  She can also do restorations on existing stained glass in your home, business or church.  She does slumping and fusing and the age-old technique of painted and fired stained glass for extra detail.  

Sabrina is very inspired by nature which can be seen in  her designs using native stone, agates, flowers and leaves.  Her pressed flower lamps have flowers grown in her own garden with real butterflies arranged in the designs.  

The Lower Level Showroom is now open with more art, antiques and furniture.
Many more antiques have been added.

Many of you knew Taffy, one of the greeters at D&S.  She has gone to Doggie Heaven.  We really miss her but she knew of a dog looking for a new home and she sent him to us just before she left.  His name is Wyatt and he loves it here.

Now when you enter the store you are  greeted by Gidget & Wyatt.  Gidget is training Wyatt and he is learning very fast.  He knows his  job and is trying really hard.
